Right from the start, you’ll embark on a comprehensive program that systematically exposes you to all areas of the organisation. You’ll spend most of your time on-site where the action is, where you’ll gain exposure and experience in the following areas:
● Construction planning & programming ● On site tendering ● Site safety ● Design ● Industrial Relations ● Quality Management ● Contracts Administration ● Defects
You’ll also do a stint in head office to understand the front-end requirements in our new business and estimating team.
We’re interested in candidates that are currently studying toward or have just completed a Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar. Whether you have just embarked on your University studies, are in your final years or have just finished your degree(s) we want to hear from you!
The successful applicants must have an exceptional attitude toward learning, be able take instruction well along with impressive written and verbal communication skills.
