This building of 44 apartments consists of a two-level basement car park, retail tenancies on the ground floor and seven levels of apartments. A restricting footprint of 450sqm presented some challenging logistical issues in addition to designing and delivering a building with a Green Star energy rating. Double height, precast panels were employed to accelerate the construction programme and meet a tight delivery schedule.
